Aberystwyth Golf Club encourages golf to juniors at an early age and has successfully developed a stepping stone golf development programme to deliver its aims which has led to it becoming one of the most successful Junior sections within the county. The club has established three age group sections to help develop junior golf from the ages of 4 to 18years old .

TIGERS CLUB Primarily aimed at the golf development of 4 to 7 year olds. Active use of Tri Golf and other similar equipment is used to introduce the basics and the fun element of golf to juniors as early as possible. Download an Application Form.... click here

INTERMEDIATE Primarily aimed at the golf development of 8 to 11 year olds. This group of golfers are taken to stage two by encouraging the development of additional golfing skills in conjunction with the Golf Foundation Junior Passport programme.

ADVANCED Primarily aimed at 12 years and over . This group continue to develop with the help of the Golf Foundation Junior Passport programme and are given regular golf tuition by our resident PGA Qualified Golf Professional. They are also encouraged to acquire official handicaps and play in senior competitions .
